From the analysis of the heat treatment process of the blade, different materials and heat treatment processes can improve the performance of the plastic blade and improve the service life; the technical improvement direction is to combine the traditional heat treatment process with the advanced surface treatment process to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and wear resistance. ; carbonitriding combined with conventional quenching and tempering processes, can obtain higher surface hardness, increase the depth of the hardened layer, and improve the tempering stability and corrosion resistance, so that the blade obtains good heat treatment hardness. At the same time, surface quality and performance are greatly improved.


Carburizing can strengthen the surface hardness of the plastic pulverizer blade and improve the service life; after the steel is subjected to carburizing -11040 ~ 1150 °C quenching - 550 °C tempering twice and other heat treatment processes, the surface hardness can reach HRC56 ~ 61, than ordinary The life of the quenching mill blade is increased by 1.8 to 3.0 times. Vacuum carburizing and ion carburizing are technologies developed in the past 20 years. The technology has the characteristics of fast percolation speed, uniform infiltration layer, gentle carbon concentration gradient and small deformation of the blade. It will play an increasingly important role in the future surface treatment of mechanical blades. Important role.


There are many methods for nitriding, such as ion nitriding, carbonitriding, oxygen-nitrogen osmosis, sulfur-nitrogen osmosis, and sulfur-carbon nitrogen, oxygen-nitrogen ternary osmosis. The plastic blade has simple nitriding treatment, strong adaptability and small deformation of the workpiece, especially suitable for surface strengthening of small-sized blades, and the nitride layer has high hardness, good wear resistance and good anti-adhesive performance.


The nitriding treatment can replace the heat treatment and tempering of the blade made of H13 steel. The hardness of the blade after the composite surface treatment is as high as HRC65-70, and the hardness of the core is low and the toughness is good, so that the blade has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
