After the shearing machine has been used for a long time, it is necessary to adjust the gap of the shearing machine blade. Usually, the lower blade of the shearing machine is fixed, and the gap adjustment can only adjust the upper blade based on the following blades to obtain the desired blade clearance. The blade gap of the shearing machine will directly affect the quality of the cutting of the sheet and the service life of the blade; if the gap of the blade of the shearing machine is too large, the burr of the shearing surface of the sheet will be large; otherwise, the gap will be too small, which will accelerate the wear of the blade. The life of the shearer blade.


Before the blade adjusts the gap, the overall gap between the upper and lower blades should be increased, and the slider should fall to the position to be detected. The overall gap adjustment is adjusted by the hand wheel on the control panel of the shearing machine. The method is to press the hand wheel adjustment button to make the cursor to the GAP position, and the hand wheel can be easily adjusted. At this time, it is not necessary to start the oil pump; in general, the minimum gap should be adjusted between 0.05 and 0.1 mm.


Blade clearance adjustment


 First, adjust the cutting angle of the blade on the shearing machine to 0°. The operation method is as follows: Start the oil pump, press the main menu “8” on the programming page, confirm, and then enter the code ACCESS CODE 741 to confirm the entry into the diagnostic program page. Select “DIGITALOUT...2” to confirm entering the digital output page, and then turn to page to find “8...=0” or “9...=0”. The eighth bar is when 8=1, the clipping angle becomes larger. 8=0 is the shear angle constant, the 9th is when 9=1, the shear angle becomes smaller, 9=0 is the shear angle constant, 8 or 9 is 0 or 1, by pressing “ ” The keys are converted to each other. When the shear angle is required to be small, select 9... = 0, press “ ” to confirm and visually observe the change of the shear angle. When the required shear angle is reached, press “ ” to stop.


 After adjusting the shearing machine blade so that the shear angle is 0, close the oil pump, and then manually adjust the throttle valve to make the slider slowly descend. When the upper and lower blades overlap by 1 2 mm, the throttle valve is closed. Then, the gap between the upper and lower blades of the shearing machine can be adjusted to the minimum by the hand wheel on the panel, and then the actual gap between the upper and lower blades can be detected by the feeler gauge and recorded.


 For example, the gap between the two ends of the blade of the shearing machine can be adjusted by the adjusting rod. The method is as follows: loosen the locking nut at the lower end of the adjusting rod, turn the adjusting rod until the gap between the upper and lower blades is equal, and tighten the lock nut; The gap in the middle of the blade does not meet the requirements. The inner hexagonal set screw M16*60 and the hexagonal screw M12*65 can be adjusted to adjust the middle gap of the shearing machine blade in turn, so that the parallelism error of the whole upper and lower blades is controlled within 0.05mm. Just fine. Of course, to get the ideal blade clearance, you must repeatedly adjust the M12*65 socket head cap screws and M16*60 socket head cap screws.


Confirm the adjustment of the parallelism of the blade gap between the upper and lower sides of the shearing machine. The shearing machine should be closed and restarted. At this time, the shearing angle of the shearing machine is restored to the original angle, and then the oil pump is closed and the throttle valve is used. The slider slowly descends. Check whether the blade clearance of each segment is the same as the original gap of the system. If it does not match, it can also be adjusted by the adjustment lever to ensure that the actual clearance of the upper and lower blades is the same as the original setting gap of the system.
