Apologize For The Late Delivery

An order has been postponed for delivery. Sorry about the delay. After inspection, we found that hardness and one dimension of the rubber cutting knife is out of tolerance, so we speed up for new batch. We cannot promise no delivery or quality issues, but it won't happen frequently. After the production, we will use faster delivery to let our customer receive the rubber cutting knife a little earlier.
