Can you manufacture a replacement blade from an existing sample?
Yes. We can review a physical sample to confirm the blade profile, dimensions, mounting features and edge geometry. Machine information and cutting conditions may also be required for technical confirmation.
What information is needed for a replacement blade quotation?
A drawing with dimensions and tolerances, the machine brand and model, the material being cut, and your current blade specification. Sample photos with measurements are also accepted for a preliminary quotation.
How do you confirm the blade will fit the machine?
We cross-check hole patterns, mounting dimensions and overall geometry against the machine model you provide. Before production, a fit-check drawing is confirmed with you so mounting and clamping points match exactly.
How are blade material and hardness selected?
Material and hardness are recommended based on the cutting application, the material being processed and the required edge life. Options include alloyed tool steel, HSS and TCT, balanced between wear resistance and toughness.
What inspections are performed before shipment?
Each batch is checked for hardness, dimensions, hole pitch and flatness, with CMM verification for critical geometries. Inspection results can be provided with the shipment on request.
Can repeat orders remain consistent with the approved sample?
Yes. Approved drawings and samples are kept on file, and repeat orders are produced against the same specification and inspection standard to keep quality and fit consistent batch after batch.
