How To Improve The TCT Blade Service?

Always we will mention service. But what do we do to improve the service? What kind of service is needed by the TCT blade users?


Basic service, 

  1. Send quote sheet in time.

  2. Not postpone the lead time.

  3. Fast reply.

  4. Take action after receiving a claim.


Is it what the TCT blade users need?

Yes, but it's not sufficient.


  1. When we send price, detailed information that is useful for the users should be marked. Like material, lead time, shipping time, package method, payment terms...

  2. Ensure the lead time. Updating the process frequently, to let TCT blade users to have a knowledge of the order process.

  3. For the hard questions we couldn't answer at once, a notice letter should be sent first.

  4. If there's TCT blade quality issue or package issue, tell users how to avoid same problems in the future and only think of quality issues always happen, just say sorry or give discount. What the customer need is that you could solve the problem completely.
