If you know paper cutting knife well, it may be easy for you to understand.
Two main sides of paper cutting knife, upper side is inlay part, the side down is all mild steel.
And we use milling machine to mill the mild steel part to save time.
And for the upper side, we will use grinding machine to grind it.
