The day began with a sense of unity, as staff members gathered from 9:40 AM to 10:00 AM for a group photo, capturing a moment that symbolized togetherness. Following this, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, participants engaged in various quality expansion activities designed to challenge and inspire, while also deepening inter-team relationships.
Post these rigorous activities, staff members assembled for lunch and exchange entertainment from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This portion of the day was intentionally informal, providing a platform for members to share personal stories, insights, and reflections, thus solidifying bonds and fostering understanding.
Concluding at 4:00 PM, the day was much more than just team-building activities and entertainment. At its heart, it was a gesture of appreciation and recognition.
The theme of the program, "Never forget why you started, keep strong tenacity", holds particular resonance for the company. Over the past three years, the world witnessed the upheaval caused by the COVID-19 epidemic. During these tumultuous times, every single member of the Shungji Technology team showcased exceptional resilience.
