What To Do If The Customer Told You The Price Is High?

If you are sales, no matter you are machine knife sales or sales of other product, you must face the problem that customer told you the price is high. However, your price is in the average level, not high at all? We always ask customer whether it is any difference between our quote sheet with other suppliers, and what's his target price. However, most of customer won't tell you, and you can only guess by yourself. You don't know the customer gets used to saying so, or your price is really high compared with others. You may think increase quantity, using not good material to replace, or lower your margin directly without reasons.


What should we do on earth? I don't know either. But I will keep showing our advantages to the customer, and ask him to tell whether purchase a sample to test.
