How to protect your machine knives before using them?
Most customers will purchase more machine knives than actual demands to save cost and also avoid any urgent demands. So there're some machine knives will be on stock. But if long time no use of the knives, many things will happen to them, like rust, edge break...So how to protect the machine knives before using them?
When we ship the machine knives, we often pack them in a wooden case. If you don't use them, better keep them in the wooden case.
If you have to put each machine knife on the shelf and mark on them, then better put plastic strip on the edge, or fix them on a wooden board to protect the edge. They are the most important part of the whole machine knife.
Don't store the machine knives in moist atmosphere, even though there's oil on the knives, but after long time stock, it may get rust.
