The front end of the old plastic recycling extruder has an important functional component - the filter device includes the waste coarse filter plate and the filter screen, which plays an important role in the extrusion granulation and molding processing of waste plastics. It is used to remove the remaining impurities in the waste, such as sand, fiber and other plastics with high melting point, to ensure the quality of the product and the smooth extrusion process. Waste plastics often have been polluted to different degrees, even after cleaning, separation, etc., its impurity content is still very high, so the filter needs to be replaced frequently during its processing. When replacing the filter, you need to stop the machine first, disassemble the extruder head and replace the filter when the equipment is not completely cooled. This process will lead to the efficiency of the extruder to reduce the scrap rate, the processing of waste plastics is unrealistic, so it is necessary to use the filter mechanical replacement device.
For different plastic PE,PP,ABS,PVC,PA, etc., the applicable cutting methods are different, such as SPVC cable insulation material or transparent body medical exclusive material, the more recommended cutting method is air cooled die surface heat. Polystyrene, whether HIPS or GPPS, most manufacturers use inclined water-cooled cutting.
