The structure and properties of the weld and parent material of the hot-rolled welded steel-inserted mechanical blade

After the hot-rolled welded steel-inserted is heat-treated, the blade steel and the blade body are completely metallurgically combined; the microstructure of the alloy steel blade steel is refined and uniform, which is guaranteed by the best heat treatment process; the microstructure of the Q235 steel blade body is complex, which is related to the hot-rolled steel-inserted process and the subsequent heat treatment process. The shear strength of the weld is usually 196-343 MPa, and the carbon diffusion layer of the weld is deep. The key to improving the weld strength is to reduce the inclusion and porosity of the weld line. According to the analysis of the hot-rolled welding mechanism, it is believed that increasing the heating temperature and increasing the rolling deformation are beneficial to the solid phase welding of the joint surface. Reasonable temperature and rolling reduction are not only the requirements for obtaining excellent microstructure, but also the need to reduce energy consumption and rolling mill power.
