The scrap shredder adopts the main structure of hard tooth surface reducer, rotary cutter shaft, moving knife, fixed knife, frame, base, box and working platform. A fixed cutter is arranged on the scrap shredder frame, and the rotary cutter shaft is provided with a detachable embedded movable cutter. The number of movable cutters is determined according to different models and the size of the rotary cutter shaft, and the movable cutter is a square cutter surface, and the cutter can be used. After blunt, remove the replacement angle until the four sides are blunt and then sharpen the knife. Because it is a claw type movable knife, rotary cutting, and the fixed knife and the movable knife are wear-resistant D2 material, and the hardness reaches HRC58-60 after heat treatment. Therefore, the service life is long, the shredding ability is strong, the production capacity is high, and the normal use of more than 1000 tons requires a sharpening of the knife.
