Angle of the plastic granulator blade

Plastic granulator blades are referred to as plastic blades and are generally used for the crushing of plastic recycled materials. A set of plastic blades divides the stationary blade and the rotor blade. The angle of the blade edge determines the quality of the plastic pulverization. The blade angle of the stationary blade is generally 75-80°, and the blade angle of the rotor blade changes relatively generally from 45-65°. In actual production, the angle of plastic granulator blade is inseparable from the softness and hardness of the plastics.
