High speed ink scraper application

Before using the scraper, you must know the following:

Printed variety

For gravure and flexo printing, the required scraper is generally selected according to the following printing categories, but the required blade error is no more than +5um. 50 um: Mainly used for general packaging printing: cardboard and decorative printing.

Printing substrate

Paper, plastic film, aluminum foil, etc., need 75um ink scraper, mainly used for squeegee of gravure printing film aluminum foil.

Ink characteristics

Solubility, water-based, coating accessories, 100 um: mainly used for flexible printing, coating and rubber roller, and 125 um: mainly used for flexible printing: ceramic anilox roller.

According to the quality of the blade substrate, it can be divided into the following types of scrapers:

1. Carbon steel scraper

4. Stainless steel scraper
