Use a certain pressure of coolant when sharpening the cross-cutting blade
When sharpening the edge of cross-cutting blade, the coolant must be used in the sharpening zone, and the cross-cutting blade can be fully cooled during the whole grinding process. Otherwise, the grinding surface will be overheated, the cutting edge will lose the cutting ability, and the coolant should be directly injected. At the contact point of the grinding wheel, the fully pressurized coolant acts not only to "take away" the heat generated by the grinding contact point, but also to clean the grinding wheel to prevent the accumulation of dirt.
Direct use of water as a coolant is unfavorable for the grinding of the cross-cutting machine blade. It will cause dirt on the surface of the cross-cutting machine to appear quickly, and the grinding wheel will also become sticky. The coolant prepared by adding certain substances can be used. Take away the dirt generated by the grinding and prevent the grinding wheel from sticking.
