When the brake pad is worn or the clearance is too large, the cutter cannot stop at the highest point (adjust the clearance or Replace the brake pads to solve), or the clutch disc is stuck, causing the return position to be inflexible (removing the brake parts, cleaning and refueling can be solved).

3. The hydraulic failure of the paper cutter is not returned to the lowest point when the new machine is shipped. After a period of use, the piston returns to the lowest point after the surface is worn, causing the position of the paper press to be too high (the blade is generally considered to be lower than the pressure). At the bottom of the paper, the easiest way to handle this is that most manufacturers will have a top cover on the head of the piston. We only need to thicken the top cover to solve it. The approximate parameter is that when the top cover is thickened by 1 mm, the paper press is lowered by about 1.4 mm.
