Application of heat treatment technology in the production of mechanical blades Ⅲ
1.Induction heating blade steel technology
The blade of a mechanical blade only accounts for 1/10~1/5 of the total mass of the blade body. As long as the blade steel is quenched, the overall heating effect can be achieved. Applying advanced high-frequency induction heating technology, designing a special quenching machine, designing personalized induction coils for blades of different specifications, and configuring photoelectric high-temperature thermometers, high-frequency quenching can be smoothly performed. Since high-speed steel and base steel are self-hardening steels, they can obtain high hardness after high-temperature heating and cooling in the air. Since high-frequency quenching is only partial hardening and fast, it can greatly save energy.
2.Cryogenic treatment technology
At the request of customers, some base steel and high-alloy steel blade steel blades often add cryogenic treatment before the finished blades leave the factory in order to improve their dimensional stability. However, the high-speed steel blade has reached the extreme after three temperings, and there is no need to perform cryogenic treatment. If the quenching temperature is relatively low, the grain size is relatively fine, and the toughness is relatively high, if the customer requires it, cryogenic treatment can also be performed. However, after deep cryogenic treatment, the hardness of fully tempered blades will not increase, but the toughness will be damaged. Therefore, no matter what new technology is applied, it must be targeted and not blindly followed.
3.Computer temperature control technology
The application of computer technology in the field of heat treatment is the product of computer technology progress and industrial development needs. The market competition is too cruel, and the survival of the fittest forces us to move towards a more stable and precise direction in heat treatment temperature control. Temperature is the soul of heat treatment. To a certain extent, temperature determines everything. Phase change is caused by temperature change, and deformation is caused by temperature. The application of microcomputers is to make traditional experience-based skills leapfrog to scientific development. In-depth research on intelligent heat treatment will enable heat treatment to get rid of the backward state of relying on experience and skills, and develop in the direction of accurately predicting production results and achieving reliable quality control.
