Film plastics are soft and difficult to pulverize using traditional pulverization methods. The pulverizer uses high-speed rotating blades to quickly cut the compacted film plastic blocks, effectively cutting off the plastic chips before the plastic wraps around the cutter. The pulverizer mainly includes a pressing structure, a pulverizing mechanism, and a motor power device.
First, check the surrounding environment of the machine and whether the parts of the machine are installed normally. After confirming that it is safe, turn on the power of the motor and start the hydraulic station to make the power system run reliably. At this time, the blade and screen plate that perform the main function of crushing rotate clockwise at high speed and counterclockwise at low speed respectively. After that, put the material into the storage barrel through the feed port on the upper part of the storage barrel. After the material is full, open the (valve path) so that the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder under the drive of the hydraulic motor and generates a huge driving force on the piston rod, squeezing the piston to move slowly inward to compact the plastic. On the screen plate side of the storage barrel, the compacted material will slightly pass through the holes of different sizes on the screen plate. At this time, the shearing effect formed by the rotational movement between the screen plate and the blade will cut and separate the plastic that passes through the plane of the screen plate, thereby completing the crushing function of the film plastic. As the pressing piston continues to move forward, the material in the storage barrel is gradually crushed. The crushed plastic chips fall into the receiving hopper under the fixed support frame under the restriction of the discharge port shell, completing the collection of plastic chips.
