Notes of using a shearing machine

Notes of using a shearing machine:

1. Start the shearing machine and make some cycles of idling to ensure that under normal conditions, try to cut different thickness sheets from thin to thick. Make sure users are familiar with shearer performance.

2. When different thicknesses are used during the test, the different blade gaps must be adjusted. If the corresponding blade gap is not adjusted, it will affect the durability of the blade.

3. The shearing machine opens the pressure gauge switch during the shearing process to observe the pressure value of the oil circuit. When cutting the 12mm plate, the pressure should be less than 20MPa. The remote pressure regulating valve No.9 is factory-set pressure 20-22 MPa. The user must abide by this regulation and must not increase the pressure on the surface of the specified material to cause damage to the machine.

4. Sound balance during operation. If the shearing machine has noise, stop it for inspection.

5. When the shearing machine is operated, the fuel tank raises the temperature <60 degrees when it is over and shuts down.

6. The blade edge should be sharp, such as the edge of the blade becomes dull or cracked, it should be replaced in time.

7. When the shearing plate is sheared, the press material should be firmly pressed tightly, and it is not allowed to continue cutting under the condition that the pressure is not tight.

8. There are hydraulic installation facilities, except for the diet valve, the other hydraulic valves are not allowed to be adjusted privately.
