Type of shredder blade

There are two types of shredder blades:

Soft plastic:

For example: PVC, POE, EVA and SBC. When smashing the above plastic material, the angle of the edge of the plastic blade should be ground a little smaller, generally between 45-65°. Such a plastic blade edge is advantageous for cutting, and the plastic material can be broken more.

Hard plastic:

For example: ABS, PVC, PC, etc. or PP, nylon, etc.; crushing the above plastic materials, the blade angle of the plastic blade needs to be larger, generally between 55-65 °, such a plastic shredder blade can be better The smashing of the hard plastic can also avoid the blade notch and even the tear caused by the sharp edge angle.
